The villa is located mid-hill, in a residential area, close to the beach (2 km) and the "beautiful people" of St-Tropez as well as the beaches of Pampelonne (10 km), but without the crowds. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 3 of which are "en suite". The completely renovated and air-conditioned accommodation offers perfect privacy, a magnificent heated swimming pool (very important in MAY / JUNE and SEPT / OCT) and very large outdoor living areas. The comfort and proximity to the beach, places for shopping, places of sporting activities, going out, monuments and culture make this villa the ideal place for your vacation with your family or friends and even your pets. More information / Details: The entire 300 ㎡ villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 3 of which are double "en suite". 2 double bedrooms have 160cm beds and a walk-in shower. The toilet is separated outside the room. A double bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a walk-in shower and the toilet is separate in the bedroom. A bedroom with 2 single beds which can be completely double to make 180cm. A room with a sofa bed, so either one person or two people. The bathroom which is mainly used for the two bedrooms which do not have an en-suite shower room is with bathtub. Note that in the kitchen and outdoor lounge, you also have a toilet and a very practical shower room also for children, or for a quick shower after the pool or for guests.
