The bedrooms and all living spaces are all located on the ground level at the end of the pool with an upstairs balcony offering great ocean views making an ideal location for some afternoon or sunset drinks. Please note however that the second level master bedroom is the owners private space and not included with the villa rental. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area are fully air-conditioned with timber/glass sliding doors offering indoor or alfresco living experience. The living area features a large comfortable sofa, flat screen TV with international cable TV channels with DVD player plus Hi-Fi. A 10-seater timber dining table with wicker seating is ideal for family gatherings or dinner parties and the granite/stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, gas stove, microwave, water dispenser, all the glassware, crockery and cutlery that you would ever need to entertain.
