In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Accommodation description: In Salzburgerland, close to a ski area, you will find this fantastic, detached chalet with terrace balcony and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain world, including a glacier. After an active day in the mountains, enjoy the peace and quiet around you and relax completely in the sauna. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, where 10 guests can stay. This makes it deal for families and friends travelling together. Cars can easily be parked in the car park next to the house. Furthermore, in this spacious chalet you will find a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare a delicious meal together while enjoying a glass of wine. Don't feel like cooking? At about 900 meters from the house, there is a nice restaurant where you can enjoy the Austrian cuisine with a large group. In the summer you can eat in the open air and enjoy a delicious barbecue on the attractive balcony terrace or in the garden! Are you sporty and do you enjoy a long walk? Then get your fresh rolls in the morning on foot in the centre, which is about 900 meters away. You can also order them online, and they will be at the front door in the morning. For winter sports enthusiasts this luxurious chalet is a dream, as if a Christmas card has come to life. The ski bus stop to Königsleiten is right outside the door. There are 3 popular ski areas in the immediate vicinity; Zillertal Arena, Kitzbühler Alpen and the Wildkogel Arena. The last ski area is really an ideal area for families with children. The Salzburger Superskikarte gives you access to all three areas and you can even take a trip to Kaprun, with the eternal glacier, Zell am See and the famous Saalbach-Hinterglemm. This region is known as a perfect summer area and has won awards for it. There are several great excursions for all ages, such as a visit to the nearby, famous Krimmler waterfalls, the highest waterfalls in Europe and the beautiful reservoir near Königsleiten.
