On entry to Casa Lagoona, you will enter to a great children's snug, with couches and TV, ideal for the kids to sit and enjoy some time. Perfectly situated next door to the snug is the children's bedroom with a bunk bunk bed, making the downstairs area almost exclusively for the children. The laundry also located downstairs is complete with shower and separate WC. Now you take a stroll up the stairs and enter into the kitchen/living area, characterized by the solid blackbutt timber floors. The well equipped kitchen is appointed with Electric oven, induction cooktop and is blessed with a great deal of workspace, where the whole family could be involved in preparing the evening meal, before retiring to the living area with its large screen TV. Alternatively, you may decide to spend the warm evenings with your favourite glass of wine on the large balcony, where you could cook an evening barbeque or maybe even a pizza in the wood fired pizza oven. The master Bedroom houses a king sized bed, and has a large, modern and spacious en-suite appointed with shower, free standing bath, double vanity and WC. The remaining two bedrooms are adorned with queen size beds and are serviced by the more than adequate family bathroom between them. All of the upstairs bedrooms can be cooled with ceiling fans, whilst the main living area is serviced by reverse cycle air conditioning, or can be heated in the winter months by the combustion heater. WiFi is also supplied free of charge for your use. Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores. Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
