You have your own garage, a fireplace in the living room and a large terrace with privacy screen and covered dining area. Casa Fontanalba is in a quiet, sunny location with a panoramic view of Locarno, Lake Maggiore, and the mountains in the distance. It is about a 10 minute walk to Lake Maggiore! Connections to public transport are a 5-minute walk away, making Casa Fontanalba also suitable for holiday guests arriving by public transport. Room layout: large living room, 3 bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 two people/children, showers/toilets, a guest toilet, a kitchen with access to the living room. Ideal occupancy: 2-6 persons One medium sized dog is allowed in Casa Fontanalba. Casa Fontanalba has one locked single garage. A lift leads from the garage directly to the apartment. Please note: The garage is not suitable for big cars. The dimensions of the garage are approximately: Height - 1,74m; Width - 2,30m; Length - 5,70m. Smoking is not permitted in Casa Fontanalba.
