This studio was completely transformed in early 2022! It is nature, the forest that inspired us for its new interior decor. We wanted it to be warmer with soft color palettes, more comfortable with a lounge area, conducive to relaxation, and more light sources to allow you to choose your atmosphere. We favored natural materials, such as cork for the wallpaper, marble for the bistro table, or jute for the rugs. The layout of the Green Nature studio has been carefully studied to integrate all the comfort equipment. The history of our residence is singular, for decades it housed the Chamber of Notaries of the Marne department, hence the majestic entrance, the high ceilings and the facade with remarkable architecture. The house was completely renovated in 2017 and transformed to make it a "separate address" in accommodation in Epernay; whether it is for a business trip or a getaway in Champagne, Bubble 8 invites you to live a unique experience. With a choice of Nature or Urban fantasy for the studios, but also deliciously classic for the apartment, Loft spirit for the top floor, we wanted this place, open to travelers from all over the world, to provide an intimate and delicate atmosphere. In the very center of Epernay, the 19th century residence is bourgeois, it was completely renovated in 2017. Close to the Avenue de Champagne and the most famous Champagne Houses (Moet and Chandon, Pol Roger, etc.) and from all shops, including restaurants. The location is ideal for a stay with family, friends or for a business trip. The building is made up of 4 apartments, two ground floor studios, an apartment for 4/6 people with a private terrace on the 1st floor and a Loft-type apartment for 2/4 people on the 2nd and top floor. A cellar is also available to occupants for champagne tasting evenings (organization to be reserved in advance and optional). A common laundry room with washing machine and dryer is accessible to everyone on the ground floor. All apartments are fully equipped (integrated kitchen with full cookware, separate bathroom and WC, sleeping area with superior comfort beds, flat screen TV, bathroom with walk-in shower, etc.). Neat decoration, with a style specific to each apartment. Air conditioning everywhere. Entry by digicode and arrival possible 24 hours a day (secure key box).
