The cottage is suited to couples, families or friends looking for a relaxing seaside getaway. The Space: The Skiff really is the perfect base for those wanting to escape from it all. Take your coffee to the beach and watch the stunning sunrise (pop in for a dip if you are brave enough)! Go for long coastal walks, find unique gems in the town’s galleries, artisan shops and popular Saturday market. Then watch the sun set with fish and chips and a bottle of wine! The cottage has a cosy lounge, with a sofa bed and a smart tv plus lots of games and books to keep everyone entertained. There is a separate dining room and a bright, modern, well-equipped galley-style kitchen to make a cosy family meal if you do not want to eat out. Also, on the ground floor you will find a shower room with a large walk-in shower. Outside is an enclosed courtyard where you can hear the waves while you enjoy your breakfast. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms decorated in a modern seaside style. Choose from the larger master bedroom or the second double where you can doze off to the calming sounds of the sea. The Skiff really is the perfect seaside escape for friends, couples and families! Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire house and courtyard. The Neighborhood: Deal itself is bursting full of things to do and see. It has an award winning high street for starters where you can wander around an eclectic mix of shops ranging from interior design shops to delicatessens. Close by are 3 historic castles - Deal, Walmer and Dover. Getting Around: Getting around is easy, especially on foot or bike. The apartment is close to the town and seconds to the beach. The train station is in the heart of Deal and also within walking distance. Other Things to Note: Please note: Security deposit amount is £100. Whilst we expect some wear and tear, if there is any serious damage that we cannot easily rectify, it will be necessary to apply charges. Should there be any charges against your security deposit this will be fully explained to you.
