Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space! 2100+ square foot home offers a 5 mile drive to the Historic Village of Rhinebeck. Open-concept home with hardwood floors, central kitchen island, first floor main bedroom/ensuite, walk-in closets, separate powder/laundry room, loft/office workspace, clean energy solar panels & a deck overlooking private lake. Pets accepted on a guest by guest basis. An inquiry is required with $150 animal stay fee. The house has a total person occupancy capacity. Absolutely no showers/parties. There is no smoking on the premises, inside or outside. Damage to household items such as mattresses and linens including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets, pillows, etc., resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc., will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article. We ask that unattended animals be left in the basement while away from the house. Animals are not permitted on the furniture or beds. Fitness equipment & fireplace in basement are not for guest use. The road behind the house is private property. Please do walk or drive down to the lake using it. The dock located behind the house is also private property. We respectfully ask you abide by the checkin time of 4:00 pm and checkout time of 10:00 am. Early arrivals and late departures are not permitted. There will be an "OVERSTAY FEE" assessed of $500 if arrival/departure times are broken. The northeast receives quite a bit of snow and ice. A plow will service the driveway at some point after a storm has occurred. The driveway will be cleared of snow before guest arrival and upon guest departure. There are shovels and salt for guests use to clear pathways during their stay.
