No airconditioning in the living areas. downstairs there is a large basement (inground) with a gym, a sauna: two lovely features for a healthy vacation! Guests have exclusive access to the private villa, it's private garden and the private pool. Parking inside the property. This elegant single villa isurrounded by a large private yard and closed by tall bushes that give it a high level of privacy. Next to the house there is an ample covered patio with garden furniture where to enjoy eating outside or sunbathing. The private pool is a lovely addition to completely enjoy your time in this relaxingation by the lake garda. dedicated BBQ barbecue area in the garden (coal). We expect all of our guests at their arrival to show them the Villa and leave them the keys.
