Situated on the ground floor of a private villa, the apartment provides all the comfort of your home away from home. The city center in just a 15 minute walk away, alternatively guests can also use public transport. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It features 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining space with an extendable sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Upon booking the entire apartment is yours for the duration of your stay. There are no shared indoor spaces. Garden is shared only with the owner. This is not a hotel, we don't clean the apartment daily. Guests can request a change of bed linens, towels and interim cleaning for an additional fee. We can provide a baby bed if needed, at an additional charge. For all stays over 7 days a security deposit of 100, 00 EUR will be charged. Your pets are welcome at no extra charge!
