Family beach house, right across the road from warm waters and safe swimming. Original 1970s Lockwood home, prime location with all day sun and stunning outlook from Whale Island around to Cape Runaway. Ideal for two families cost sharing, or just chilling out and enjoying the space yourself. Double garaging and fully fenced back section. Boat parking available. The minimum price during summer is $320/night I.e. six people). During off-peak times we will consider offering a discount to children under 16 years if part of a larger group. During the peak season (mid-Dec to mid-Feb) we require bookings for 6 or more people. This has been a family home for decades and then had a series of long-term tenants. We’ve taken it back! Wallpaper, paint, a (nearly) full makeover and we’re ready to take on summer. Still a few more tidy up jobs to complete but we’re delighted with progress. Come and enjoy :)
