Walking distance to a garden centre and cafe, Llys Bach is one of two stunning, semi-detached cottages located at this private, peaceful setting - perfect if you wish to share the experience with extended family or friends. The Wales Coast Path and an activity centre are also within 2.5 miles. Size – sleeps six in three bedrooms. Beds – 1 king, 1 twin, 1 super-king that can be arranged as twin on request. Rooms – Ground floor: open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and lounge with double patio doors leading to the patio and garden. Shower room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Kitchen and utilities – well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker and hob. Entertainment – Smart TV and DVD, selection of books and wifi also available. For families – travel cot, high chair and stair gate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen. Outside – private rear patio area with table, bench and views towards Snowdonia. Extended lawn area, shared with the holiday cottage next door. Scenic bench also at the front of the cottage with views of Cardigan Bay across to Snowdonia. Parking – plenty of private parking spaces. General – Welcome pack includes tea and coffee, sugar and milk and a cake. Local beer, cider and jams also included if staying for a week or more. Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, hand and bath towels and 1 hairdryer provided. Pets  – no pets.
