Taormina is 34 minutes away by car and the centre of Catania, which is perfect for a day trip, is 45 minutes away by car. The nearest beach, Fondachello, is 5 km away. If you are interested in taking part in a trip to Mount Etna, typical Sicilian cooking lessons or scuba diving lessons, the homeowner will be happy to help you organize them for a small surcharge.
