Situated on the edge of a private pond, the Etang Lagon, the Chalet offers a perfect setting for a relaxing and leisurely stay by the water. The Etangs de la Bassée estate, ideally located less than 100 km from Paris, is entirely enclosed and secure and covers 34 hectares. Le Châlet has two bedrooms - one with a double bed - size 140 x 190 cm. The second bedroom has two single beds - size 70 x 190 cm. The living room has a spacious sofa, a dining area with a table for 6 guests. The living area also includes a fully equipped open kitchen for more conviviality. In this kitchen you will find everything you need - Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, fridge with freezer. A 30 m² panoramic terrace completes the mobile home. It will allow you to enjoy the view on the pond at any time of the day thanks to its different exposures. The bungalow has a reversible air conditioning.
