It is only a few minutes of walk away from the old town of Labin, where you can find many cultural monuments. In front of the house there are vineyards and an olive grove. It is located only a few minutes of drive away from the pretty green oasis of Prtlog with small rocky and pebble beaches. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a toilete and a leisure room with table tennis, table football and darts. On the upper floor there is a large kitchen with dining and living space and a bathroom. On the mezzanine there are three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom.
