Stunningly decorated 4 bedroom cottage only 200m to the breathtaking boomer beach. We've designed and decorated the home around family time with open plan living with a 3m long 10 seater table! Our home has 4 bedrooms and large family bathroom. We have created seating areas at front so you can catch the evening sunset and large family dining table to the rear of the garden with large games shed, kids park and firepit. Our Coastal Cottage is furnished to the highest of standards, everything you'd expect from a luxury retreat. The home is perfect for family holidays (maximum of 4 adults and 4 children). We are also dog lovers so the pooch is more than welcome. Lounge room has 60”” LG TV, Internet, Netflix. Dining room has 3m long table, 8 chairs and fire to enjoy those reds in the winter. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect family holiday. Bed 1 has comfy pillow top queen bed with fitted robes. Bed 2 also has pillow top queen bed and drawers. Bed 3 has bunk beds. Bed 4 has bunk beds. Pergola has large table & chairs, BBQ and outdoor shower. Firepit area on raised slab next to the kids play area with trampoline. Garden shed is games room with pool, table tennis, darts, board games, 42" TV and play station. We are trying to create a holiday home experience with many EXTRAS so all you need to do is pack the clothes - We know through experience that, holidaying with the kids can be stressful trying to remember to pack all the toys etc. So we are hoping to take the stress out of your trip. You will have access to bikes, body boards, kid’s toys, travel cots, high chairs and much more. Please ask if you need us to supply something which will make your stay more enjoyable. For those who are not familiar with Port Elliot, it’s a lovely seaside town! We are only 200m walk to Boomers Beach and just over 1km to Horseshoe Bay. The Strand (main st) has many hotels, restaurants, café and boutique shopping. We have the bike track at the end of the street which is 5 minutes into town and 20 minutes into Victor Harbor.
