It is a detached villa, with four air-conditioned bedrooms, a lovely garden and a private sun-kissed pool (10m x 5m) facing East with an adjacent outside jacuzzi. Villa Dioni offers unobstructed sea views towards the Mediterranean Sea. It is above and next to Malama beach and close to all local amenities.Dioni is a modern and luxuriously decorated villa set in two levels. It is the ideal holiday setting for a large family or group of eight (8) persons who can enjoy a relaxing stay in four bedrooms with three (3) bathrooms along with a sunny swimming pool.Layout The main door opens into an open-plan space with a modern and fully equipped kitchen linked to the dining area, a modern living room alongside a family bathroom and French doors leading to the pool and the sunny terraces. Air - conditioning in the living room area is on request, and the cost will be 10 Euro for each day of use.The interior marble staircase joins the ground space with the upper level, with four spacious bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms with small private balconies, and one of them, the master bedroom, features an en-suite shower room.
