This comfortable, well equipped apartment is also only a short walk from Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina where the reef trips depart. Everything is at your finger tips! Just a few minutes walk to maccrossan street where you will find array of boutique shops, fabulous restaurants and if you like the beach the apartment its just a short stroll from the patrolled section of 4 mile beach. Marina 3~ is a renovated fully self contained 1 bedroom apartment with its own laundry facilities making it a home away from home. The apartment is on the first floor and the balcony overlooks the pool and Davidson street, the balcony gets the morning sun so a nice place to enjoy breakfast. This trendy pad has had a complete makeover with a polished concrete floor, new furniture and well fitted out to make your stay a comfortable one. The kitchen has a full size fridge, dishwasher, 4 burner cooktop, microwave and for the coffee lovers there is also a Nespresso coffee pod machine. The apartment is in a great location for easy access to everything and the apartment is modern, clean & well equipped for a comfy stay. Marina Terraces is an older complex but has good facilities for a relaxing holiday. The pool is heated during the cooler months and there is sunlounges around the pool for guests to relax on. There is also a barbecue area with two Weber’s in the pool area for guests use. There is undercover onsite parking for those guests that have a car. Please note the apartment is privately owned and is Not a serviced apartment or managed by the onsite manager. The apartment is fully made up for your arrival 2 bath towels & a pool towel is left for each guest plus basic personal essentials. For your convenience kitchen & laundry cleaning products are supplied and also some pantry essentials otherwise the apartment is self-catering. Washing machine & dryer facilities - Towels can be washed and dried as desired. ** Stays over 10 nights receive a mid-stay linen change. Optional midstay service can be attended for shorter stays at an additional cost of $65 Your hosts are Barry & Linda Guests will have access to the apartment via a key safe, your code will be sent with your detailed checkin itinerary 1 week prior to your arrival.
