Villetta Gloria is a lovely, basic but cozy holiday home, 50 meters away from the sea in Capilungo, on the coast of Alliste. The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair-dryer and tv. It`s entirely fenced, with gratings. Villetta Gloria accommodates up to 7 guests . At the back of the house there is another furnished courtyard with table and chairs, ideal at lunch or dinner. Villetta Gloria consists of a living room with open kichen, dining area and sofa bed for two guests , hallway with a single bed , double bedroom and twin bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. The surroundings of Villetta Gloria in Capilungo Villetta Gloria is in Capilungo, near Alliste. Capilungo is a small but lovely seaside location, with rocky coast and crystal clear sea. It`s halfway between Gallipoli and Torre San Giovanni, part of Ugento, one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Ionian side of Salento. Villetta Gloria is accessible from a private street, where it is possible to park a car. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Air conditioner in one bedroom and in the kitchen. - Water served by a cistern.
