The house with an area of around 60m2 is located in the seaside resort of Saint Quay Portrieux. It is ideal for 4 people but can accommodate 5 (preferably couples or families with children / teenagers rather than groups of adults because of the rooms which are through) Upon entering the house you will find on the ground floor a living room and an open kitchen (for info there is no dishwasher or microwave) Upstairs you will find 3 crossing rooms: - the first is a TV room with bench seat (which can be used as an extra bed) and a toilet with sink - the second is a bedroom with 3 sleeping places: 1 half-high bed and a trundle bed (bed drawer) - the 3rd is a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200) with small bathroom. This room also has independent access via an external staircase. Ideally located 100 m from the Casino beach and the customs path. It is close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, mini golf, tourist office, tennis, cinema ...). Everything is within walking distance. There is free parking in front of the house. You can do your market on Monday on the port side and on Friday on the church side right next to the house. The tourist office is right next to the house. Near the house, the Casino du Tibus line 1 stop will take you from Saint Brieuc to Paimpol and even to the pier for the island of Bréhat. (ticket price 2 € or 1.50 per book of 10 for sale on the bus or at the tourist office) Unfortunately not being present on site, you will be welcomed by the LITTORAL SERVICES agency between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. who will contact you directly to set the RV time. Please note that any arrival or departure outside this time range will be increased by 30%. Possibility of an arrival with automatic deposit to collect the keys.
