Nillahcootie Guesthouse is quietly nestled between the Samaria and Strathbogie Ranges. Access to the Lake Nillahcootie boat ramp and weir is walking distance. It is the perfect spot for those that wish to water ski, fish, swim and relax by the banks of this spectacular Victorian lake. The Guesthouse offers an opportunity to explore Victoria's high country. Hiking and mountain bike riding are popular and we are situated 50 minutes from the base of Mt Buller and Mt Stirling for winter skiing. The Guesthouse is a converted shed and located on a working family farm. It is split over two levels - kitchen, living and bedrooms are upstairs and bathroom is downstairs. It sleeps four people with a small double bedroom and second bedroom with two single bunks. A private front porch and outdoor BBQ area with firepit can be used and enjoyed by guests. Each window has a scenic outlook, including views of the lake from the kitchen and master bedroom. Nillahcootie Guesthouse has all the comforts you need for your break including heating/cooling, washing machine, modern kitchen with dishwasher and spacious bathroom. We welcome young families and have many child friendly features.
