This modern villa which measures 140m² is at the end of a quite little lane in the small town of Elne. Perfectly set up for 7 / 8 people you are just 500m from the local shops, 7km from the beach at Elne and St Cyprien with all the activities and aqua park. Colourful and stylishly decorated, the villa has all modern comforts. On the ground floor you have a large fully equipped kitchen, a children's room with double sofa bed and single bunk, a double bedroom with plenty of storage, a large bathroom with romanesque bath, shower and twin sinks. There is also a wc and utility room. On the first floor is a master bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, tv, bathroom, wc, lounge with bar, table football and access to the terrasse with summer furniture and panoramic views. There is a 250m² garden which is partially lawned, an over-ground secure swimming pool (6.5m x 2.5m x 1.2m) with wooden decking, sun-loungers, outside shower, table, benches and traditional bbq. Air-conditioning, cot, Wi-Fi and cable tv are all included. You can also bring a small pet. End of stay cleaning fee optional: €80 payable when you arrive.
