Stylish 8 bed Chalet for up to 20 at the foot of the slopes!

The chalet Maigret / Clouseau is located at the foot of the green track of the Lake which leads to the chairlifts of Chatelet and Floria, both meeting points for ski schools! It is also a 5-minute walk from the center of Chinaillon where all the shops are located - ideal for buying your fresh baguettes in the morning. The accommodation has the Accueil Vélo label, so you can enjoy cycling in the region with peace of mind. With its 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 8 toilets, this chalet can accommodate up to 20 people very comfortably! With its large spaces (250m²) and its tasteful layout of luxury equipment such as a Samarium (mix between sauna and hammam), boot warmers, Nespresso machine etc. This chalet brings together 2 identical halves which communicate at the level of the living room. The heart of the chalet is made up of two large open and spacious rooms, each with a kitchen, dining and living area as well as a toilet. The two living rooms communicate thanks to doors with 3 leaves allowing to open wide or to separate the 2 living rooms (children's corner and adult corner for example!). The two kitchens are fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, plenty of storage space and even a Nespresso machine. French windows in each kitchen give you access to a large wooden terrace at the rear of the chalet. It faces south and enjoys almost permanent sunshine. The 2 dining rooms have large tables and enough chairs, and crockery for more than 20 people. The living room is very well appointed: modern and comfortable sofas (all new since summer 2018!) Face the wood stove (wood is provided!). The chalet is equipped with high speed internet, two flat screen televisions which receive TNT satellite channels as well as English channels, DVD players and hifi channels as well as books and board games. Two telephones are at your disposal. Floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors give you access to a balcony facing the village and the Col de la Colombière. This Pass is part of the Route des Grandes Alpes, on which the Tour de France passes frequently. The second floor consists of six bedrooms each with two single beds and a balcony, four bathrooms / shower with sink and toilet. The single beds upstairs can be made as double beds if requested. On the ground floor, there are two other bedrooms each with two bunk beds as well as two shower rooms with sink and toilet. The chalet is equipped with two heated laundry rooms; each is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and ironing board and iron. This chalet has recently been fitted with boot warmers, allowing you to set off on the slopes with dry feet! There is also a ping pong table! Services are included in the rental: complete supply of household linen, personalized welcome, and cleaning during the stay. So many services to make your vacation all the more relaxing. Baby cots and high chairs are at your disposal, do not hesitate to ask us for them in advance so that we can leave them on site.
