Keeping the noble elements of the past, the apartment was renovated by a famous French architect to add contemporary comfort to a heritage building. The Space: Our Anti-Covid cleaning ensures the strict implementation of sanitation practices : - Hospital-grade disinfectant cleaning on all surfaces - Use of sprays, liquids, and disinfecting wipes to control a variety of pathogens including Covid-19 - Disinfectant cleaning of mattresses, blankets, bedsheets, curtains, sofas and chairs. - Extra cleaning of frequently touched surfaces : door handles, tables, kitchen, appliances, remote controls - Professionally-trained cleaning staff wearing protection equipment (mask, gloves) The apartment has been fully renovated by a French architect. The apartment offers high-end furniture and sumptuous fabrics, a perfect place for the travellers searching luxury and freedom. The apartment has : - 1 Living room with an antic fireplace - 1 Dining area with 8 stools - 1 Fully-equipped Kitchen - 1 Master Bedroom - 1 Standard Bedroom - 1 Mezzanine - 2 Bathrooms - 1 separate WC Making the apartment comfortable for 6 people, and a maximum of 8 people. The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed & bath linen being provided : Bedroom 1 with a palace style mattress (double-bed) Bedroom 2 with a palace style mattress (double-bed) Bedroom 3, in Mezzanine with a palace style mattress (double-bed) Living Room with a high quality sofa bed for two The common areas of the building have been recently renovated. Guest Access: Access is easy : 5 days before arrival we send you all the access information including a video on how to get inside the building and the apartment. Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm From 2pm, you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am On the day of departure, you can leave your luggage inside the apartment until noon while the cleaning is being done. After noon, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. No breakfast included The apartment is cleaned before and after your stay. The Neighborhood: In 1795 when Napoleon arrived in Paris, he settled down in a residence next to our building. The name of the street today is one of Napoleon’s era most epic battles Experience everything Paris has to offer, from the Eiffel Tower to the famous corner cafés. The apartment is centrally located, few steps away from the Louvre museum or Notre Dame. Discover the Luxury shops of Avenue des Champs-Elysées, or have a walk between the old streets of the City of lights, where small cosy cafés are waiting for you, and where the most delicious restaurants are Getting Around: 2m: Sentier L3 6 min: Strasbourg Saint-Denis : line 4 : sortie 1 - bd de Sebastopol 10m: Chatelet les Halles, L1, L4, RER A & B, L14, L7 Other Things to Note: Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. No lift - The apartment is located on the 1st floor. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules : - no smoking in the apartment or in the building courtyard - no drugs - no parties - no music - no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards - no noise in the common areas of the building - no animals - no professional photo or video shoots If one of the above house rules is broken: A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged. The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment. - If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.
