It is located in a rural location close to the lake, approx. 500m to the lake, very quiet and sunny in a 1000m² idyllic garden with old trees, which borders a pasture with a stream and a historic chapel in the south. The beautiful Ammersee, forest, meadows, walking and hiking trails are right outside the door. With a living space of approx. 260m² (depending on occupancy), spread over two floors, the house offers enough space for up to eight people (4 bedrooms, 4 double beds). Ideal for two families and family reunions at the Ammersee. You will also find art and culture in the area and in Pfaffenwinkel, many historic old towns can be reached quickly by car. Augsburg and Munich as well as Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the mountains for hiking and skiing are an hour's drive away. An 18-hole golf club is located in Hohenpähl, approx. 15 minutes away by car. Ironed bed linen is provided on arrival on the beds, hand and shower towels, tea towels, care products, hair dryer, spices are available.
