The village of Rochefort sur Loire is accessible on foot, you will find shops there. The entrance to the cottage is through the fitted and equipped kitchen which opens onto a bright and warm lounge / living room with a decorative wood stove. A small corridor distributes: - a double bedroom with a 160 cm bed with dressing room and wall storage - a second smaller bedroom (7m²) with a bunk bed (140 cm bed downstairs) - a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Italian, double sink and toilet. Private terrace and garden at the gîte with garden furniture and deckchairs for sunny days. Private parking at the gîte will allow you to easily unload your suitcases. The wine-growing owners will be happy to show you around their vineyard located 7 km from the gîte. Near the cottage, many activities are available to you, bike rides along the Loire, walks in the alleys of the village of Béhuard ... The Loire Layon Aubance area is full of visits and activities. Accommodation close to the Loire Castles and the towns of Angers and Saumur. The cottage is adjoining another accommodation, a balustrade separates the two terraces which are not at the same level, that of this cottage being high.
