The studio apartments on the ground floor of the newly-built Residence Acquachiara are holiday homes for 3 guests each. The complex is less than 1 kilometer away from the beach. The studio apartments accommodate up to 3 guests and are equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, tv, decoder and satellite dish. The washing machine is shared. Pets are allowed upon request and with additional fee.   The studio apartments of Residence Acquachiara in Torre Pali The studio apartments are on the ground floor of the complex, introduced by an exclusive porch with armchairs. The apartments consist of an open space with double bed, kitchenette and dining area. The third bed accommodation is on folding bed, upon request and with additional fee. Moreover, there is a bathroom with shower.   The surroundings of the complex in the seaside location of Salve The recently-built complex is basic, modern and cozy. It`s in Torre Pali, one of the seaside locations of Salve known for its evocative watchtower emerging from the sea, which is only 1 kilometer away. In Torre Pali there are the main amenities. Moreover, it is near the beaches of Pescoluse, which are 3 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Additional bed not included euro 15 per day to pay upon arrival. - Shared outdoor area and washing machine.
