In order to respect the neighbours there is a decibel detector. 2) The property has a 200 liters hot water tank 3) The person who signs the contract upon arrival has to be older than 21 years. For all our guests we provide: 3 sets of keys, bed sheets, one bath towel, one hand towel per person, one hair dryer per bathroom, iron, ironing board, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen tools, crockery and cutlery. NEW CLEANING PROTOCOLS: 1) All cleaning and check-in staff wears a mask, gloves and have also a spray to disinfect the areas of increased contact. 2) We thoroughly clean and disinfect the property with virucides after each check-out. 3) When collecting the used sheets and towels, they are put in a bag and closed until they are cleaned by the laundry service at more than 60ºC. 4) We properly ventilate all rooms after each check-out. 5) We wash all dishes, glasses and cutlery with the dishwasher after each check-out. 6) We have removed the decorative cushions and blankets from the rooms, among other decorative objects. 7) We provide disinfectant gel and an informative placard regarding the Covid-19 in each property. 8) Clients are not allowed to access the property until check-in hour as long as cleaning and disinfection is complete.
