Relax and create amazing memories in this spacious holiday home, situated one back from the beach in tranquil Papamoa East. Please note, we will provide a full refund for all guests if they can't travel due to covid restrictions. Set over two levels, this property is well set up for families, offering four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a lovely open plan, living, dining and kitchen area, as well as a large upper deck complete with picturesque sea views As a well-utilised holiday home for our family, this property is not in perfect condition - and in true Kiwi bach style, it has been added to over the years and sports a slightly quirky layout. However, you'll find it well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - including fantastic outdoor entertaining areas, onsite parking, a fully-fenced rear section, Wi-Fi, Netflix and a Weber barbecue. And of course we can't forget that it's just a 40 second walk to the beach - simply open the gate in the backyard and you'll pop out onto the beach access. On the upper level of the home you'll find the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, which offers sea views, a bathroom and the first of the home's four bedrooms - which features twin single beds and its own access out onto the generous upper deck. Downstairs there's a laundry, as well as the three remaining bedrooms which are served by two bathrooms, one with a bath tub for those who love a good soak. These bedrooms include the 'bunk room' - which features two sets of bunk beds. The third bedroom sports a queen bed, while the ultra spacious fourth bedroom (which can be accessed from outside or through the third bedroom) has a king bed. A Cariboo bassinet, portacot and highchair are available for use upon request. Location wise, you're only a two minute drive to Four Square Papamoa Beach for all your grocery requirements, while if you're after a bit more hustle and bustle, Mount Maunganui is just 20 minutes away. Other things to note: Because of the stairs, it might not be the best option for families with babies on the move or toddlers, however, we can provide a baby gate at the top of the stairs so that they can be safely contained within the living, dining and kitchen area.
