The house consists on the ground floor of a living room / equipped kitchen (possibility to eat at 8) with oven, fridge and freezer, hob, dishwasher, microwave, tassimo, toaster, plancha .. a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor, a living room with TNT TV DVD and wifi with sofa convertible into a double bed plus a single berth. A bathroom with bath and shower, hairdryer ... and a toilet. On the top floor, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a second bedroom with a double bed, a cot and a single bed. A bathroom with WC. The rooms are equipped with TV. Baby equipment available to accommodate baby: wooden bed, cot, bath, changing table, deckchair, high chair ... Pleasant enclosed garden with secure passing stream, garden furniture and barbecue. Our animal friends are accepted. You will be ideally placed to enjoy the surrounding towns (and beaches): Névez at 6km, Trégunc at 8km, Concarneau at 15km, Forêt-fouesnant, Riec-sur-Belon, Quimper, Lorient ...
