Composed of both a 2-storey main house for 8 people and a guesthouse for 2 people. The guest house is provided only for groups of 9 or more guests. For groups of 8 or fewer guests, only the main house with 4 bedrooms is available. The accommodation offers guests absolute privacy, a relaxing holiday in harmony with nature and a breathtaking panoramic view of the landscape and the blue, glittering Mediterranean on the horizon. Across 400 m² of living space, the villa, which combines luxurious furnishings with high-quality materials, has light-flooded living rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, 2 very well-equipped kitchens, 4 bedrooms as well as 5 bathrooms (2 with jacuzzi bathtubs, and 2 with special, hydromassage showers) and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additionally, each bedroom has its own access to one of the balconies or terraces. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the main house, a security system, a fireplace and a TV. Outside you will find a covered terrace with a dining area, a lounge and a large lawn. Surrounded by palm trees and overlooking the pond, you can start the day with a tasty breakfast or round off the evening with a glass of wine in one of the many seating areas.
