The accommodation will please you by its proportions, its location, its sober & refined decoration and its equipment. Practical and cosy, it is ideal for a good stay in Strasbourg alone, with a partner, with friends or for work. This apartment is a little jewel in the Orangery district. Modern and comfortable, the sober but refined decoration corresponds to what I like. You will find: - a small entrance with storage space; - a bathroom with shower; - an equipped kitchen - a living room with TV, dining area, as well as a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed - a room with an additional television, a double bed and storage. - separate toilet Near the Centre of Strasbourg, my apartment is very well placed for visits to the Orangery, the largest park in Strasbourg. Close to everything, you will be delighted to explore the city! Similarly, the cathedral is only a few minutes away by foot. My apartment is to my taste but I hope it will also be yours and that you will have an excellent stay in Strasbourg. The whole apartment will be yours during your stay: - the cleaning will be done; - the sheets will be clean and put in place; - as well as towels and bath mats Free Wifi connection The animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. This apartment is non smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and all other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device in this apartment will result in a 250€ extra cleaning fees. Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities. However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of € 60 for cleaning costs will be billed to you.
