Oceanview Cottage away from heat! w/ County Permit

Closest to the very top 2 Maui attractions (Hana and Haleakala) and away from 100 degree heat & traffic & noises & yet still close to everything! Enchanted private Cottage on 2acres of orchard on Haleakala, 1 mile from Kula Lodge, w/ endless pano Bi-Coastal View (Double Ocean View that no other island have) & night city view! Stunning sunset & starry nights. Approved by Maui County w/ short term rental. The permit #s are listed in the license section. The kitchen has water filter (so you don't have to buy water), stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, bowls, glasses, mugs, pots and pans, cookware, utensils...etc. The cottage comes with BBQ grill, washer and dryer, beach chairs, and beach towels. We also provide hair dryer, iron & ironing board, detergent for laundry, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap. Basically you bring nothing except your clothes! (Please know we do not provide any consumables. our insurance does not cover the liability. So please bring your own spices and oil). (Please know for beach essentials, we do not provide beach blanket or snorkel gears due to sanitization rules). The driveway can easily park two cars. The best way to reach us is via AirBnB site or app. Our normal business hours are Monday to Sunday 9AM to 6PM Hawaii Standard Time. During the business hours, we will do our best to respond back to you in one hour. Any time outside our normal business hours, please allow 3 hours to respond back. We are 1 mile from the famous Kula Lodge and Ali'i Lavender Farm. We are 20min from wind surfing capital of the world of North Shore, Costco, Target, Wal-Mart, and Airport. We are the closest town to Haleakala at 30min from the Haleakala National Park Gate. We are 1.5 hours from the famous Seven-Pools attraction in Hana. Kula is a high end country residential area in the Haleakala mountain. We are in the area call "Upcountry". We have the famous Haleakala National Park, Ali'i Lavender Farm, the Surfing Goat Dairy Farm, the Ocean Vodka Farm, the Maui Winery, Ulupalakua General Store...etc. all in our neighborhood. The best way to get around is via rental car or Uber. There is also a bus route. -We prefer under 5 nights of reservation. Anything longer than that is subject to our approval.
