Superior pool villa near the sea

Enjoy a superlative stay in this comfortable villa, which meets the expectation of the most demanding guests. High-quality, partly custom-made furniture, a large, shady outdoor terrace, a refreshing pool and plenty of space await you here - just under two kilometers from the sea, near San San Gregorio on the Ionian coast of Salento. The villa has been completely rebuilt in recent years and is being rented out for the first time this year - take the opportunity now to rent it at an introductory price! Here you have a plot of approx. 4,000 square meters, very quiet and away from major roads, just for yourself and your family or friends. The center of the property is the private pool with loungers and an outdoor shower for that perfect holiday feeling. On the covered terrace you can take your meals (a barbecue is also available) or relax and read a book while gazing out over the garden, the flowers and the gnarled, centuries-old trunks of the olive trees. The house has a living space of approx. 180 square meters, which is divided over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with an open kitchen and branded appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle as well as crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are of course available), as well as two double rooms, each with its own, very stylish bathroom with shower and marble sink. In the cool basement, accessible via an external staircase, there is a larger room with a double sofa bed (ideal for children / teenagers) and another double bedroom, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and a laundry room with toilet. Both floors are air-conditioned (warm or cold, depending on the season). The property, which can only be rented as a whole and thus offers you maximum privacy, is located in a quiet, natural setting. In a few minutes by car or by bike you can reach the popular village of San Gregorio, which offers a few shops and restaurants. Nearby there are also some publicly accessible beaches with golden, fine sand, some exclusive private beaches (we are happy to provide you with further information), as well as a boat rental where you can explore the rugged cliffs and sea caves of the area on your own or with a skipper. 🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them at a cost of €18 per person. 🧽 Final cleaning is not included. If you do not want to clean before departure, we can hire our cleaning company (surcharge: €140). 🐶 Pets are not allowed.
