Amazing and secluded Villa overlooking the sea

This property consists of a main unit with a sitting room and porch overlooking a lawn with a hedge on which the island of Montecristo seems to float and an annex a few meters away with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The property is located 800 meters from the sea which can be reached with a 10/15 minute walk that leads to a partly equipped and partly free black pebble beach (also accessible to dogs) where the water has very intense colors especially with winds from the first and fourth quadrants (from north east to north west). Two chiringuites allow you to refresh yourself with excellent sandwiches, focaccia, pizzas and salads and, by reservation, also to have dinner. The main unit has 2 double bedrooms both with private bathroom (one complete with shower and the other with sink, toilet and bidet) and a bedroom with 4 beds and a bathroom with double sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub . A large double living room adjoins the kitchen and overlooks the sea on a porch with a large table, a brick barbecue and two hammocks for relaxing while looking at the sea. An annex a few meters away houses a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower. A large outdoor shower is a refreshing or warm hug after a day at the beach or on waking up. The house is pleasantly furnished with large furniture and abundant drawers in all rooms and is equipped with a vast service of dishes, glasses, cutlery, cups, etc. to enjoy from breakfast to dinner or on the external table for 12 people or on the internal one for 8 (and 12 when opened with a simple mechanism). In addition to a fridge and dishwasher in the kitchen there is the possibility of using another fridge and an icebox located in a room / box a few meters from the house which is also equipped with a washing machine and ironing board. For those wishing to stay even in the middle seasons, at Christmas / New Year or Easter the house is equipped with electric plate heating and a cast iron stove in the living room.
