The painted House, in the alleys of Sirolo
Historic house in the ancient medieval village of Sirolo, in the alley behind the Piazza di Sirolo (1 minute walk) and near the Church of San Nicola. The house is almost entirely decorated in trompe l'oeil with landscapes, plant and floral subjects. On the ground floor: independent entrance, living room with sofa and television, kitchen with dishwasher. On the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and television, sitting area with double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with crystal shower box. On the 2nd floor: air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed. En-suite bathroom with shower and washing machine. You can take advantage of all the spaces of the structure: an entire house with an equipped kitchen where you can prepare splendid breakfasts, we offer you coffee pods. Bed linen and towels are included. The property is 1.7 km from San Michele di Sirolo beach, where, included in the price, you will find an umbrella and 2 sun loungers to spend your holiday in complete relaxation. In the months of July and August a return shuttle bus will take you to the beach. Free wifi is available in the structure. Free car parking in an unattended private area 500 m away after signing a disclaimer form in the event of theft or damage. For the period from April 1 to September 30 of each year, up to a maximum of 15 consecutive nights, the people who stay in the house must pay the tourist tax.
