We’d like to welcome you to our Villa that’s your very own home from home for the length of your stay. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and for your convenience has 3 bathrooms. There are plenty of spots inside or outside where you can chill with a book, listen to music, or just chill on a leather settee to watch the cable tv. The garden is South Facing to take full advantage of the 320, on average, Sunny Days per year and the temperature controlled pool will allow you to just bob about or swim all year round at a perfect 29° - 30°C. As well as Sunbathing the Garden is also set up for Al-Fresco dining with table and Chairs, large Umbrella and a Gas BBQ. The Villa is centrally located just yards from the Hotel with it’s sumptuous Spa , a very large swimming pool, the Clubhouse and three restaurants. There are more restaurants and bars a short walk away on El Boulevard, just outside the Torre Pacheco Entrance where there is also the Spar supermarket. The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, internet access and a music player, selection of book (in English) and numerous games If you have energy to burn you have tennis and paddle courts, table tennis tables, two pétanque grounds a crazy golf course All of the amenities are available for guest use (some charges apply). Please note…During the winter months the communal pools are closed and due to Covid-19 conditions and restrictions out of our control could apply. As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The well equipped chefs kitchen has a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave as well as numerous pots and pans and crockery.. This villa has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes with chest of drawers, mirror with shelf There are 3 bathrooms. The first bathroom is ensuite to the Main Bedroom has a toilet, sink and a bath with a shower over it. The next bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it. The third bathroom is downstairs and has a toilet a sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels, essential toiletries, hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. There is a Dishwasher and Washing Machine with drying rack for your use. House Rules Check-in time is 4pm till Midnight and check-out is up to 11am. There is on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Smoking and Vaping is not allowed. - Parties are not allowed on the premises. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - There is a cleaning fee of £110.
