The pool (6,60m x 3,60m) can be heated at 28°on request and at an extra charge. Just 5 minutes drive to the lively town Soller with shops and restaurants and in 10 minutes you are in the nice beach of Puerto de Soller. The house is built of traditional materials and beautifully furnished, it has all modern amenities, air conditioning and heating, high-speed internet, TV and iPad docking station for music and entertainment. If you are arriving by car there is a private garage for your car and also space for 2 cars outside the house.
