Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks!

You can see a little bit of Lake Champlain from the living room windows, but just a 3 minute walk down the hill will take you to our shared beach. You will have access to the entire house. Since it is a very rural space, there will be bugs at certain seasons. If you need bug protection do come prepared:) We are not on site, but we have a local caretaker and a neighbor who are available to help. The area is a quiet summer vacation spot. There are other vacation homes in the area, and the neighbors are friendly and helpful. We are located about four miles outside of the town of Westport. There may be limited cell service depending on your carrier. We do now have high speed internet at the house (since (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) as well as a landline. There is a charcoal grill (but remember to bring charcoal). Or you can cook on the fire pit in the back yard. We have a grill for the fire pit hanging up in the garage.
