This terraced cottage is in the village of Chelmorton near to Buxton and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. 3 Primitive Croft is a lovely end-terrace cottage situated in the village of Chelmorton just four miles from Buxton in the Peak National Park. The cottage can sleep four people in two double bedrooms both with en-suite facilities together with a ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and enclosed gardens with furniture and BBQ. 3 Primitive Croft is ideal for guests wishing to explore this lovely part of the country. Amenities: Electric central heating with underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 55" TV with Freeview, Blu-ray/DVD player, PlayStation 3, WiFi, and a small selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Welcome pack inc. tea, coffee, sugar, bread, biscuits and beans. Off-road parking for two cars. Front graveled area and rear enclosed artificial turf lawn with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Shared use of a 3-acre grass paddock, dogs can run freely off the lead. Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Shop within 4.3 miles, pub within 0.3 miles. NOTE: No children under the age of 4 allowed at this cottage. Surrounded by superb walking country and within easy reach of the popular centres of Buxton and Bakewell.
