Conveniently located only 15 minutes to Oregon State University and 45 minutes to the Coast! Restaurants within a mile without the crowds. Surrounded by green space but in the city limits. View of coast range. My space is the lower half next to garage. Your space is above garage. Can not hear noise from either living spaces. All of the outside is available to you which includes deck and covered patio, fire pit and gas grill. I am available for questions and information. Or you can have total privacy. You decide. Love the quietness and privacy yet convenient to town less than one mile away. One double and one queen and one twin bed may have four people. Free laundry for week long stays. There is a walking loop path about two blocks away and it also leads to unmanaged Nature Conservancy land. See deer, wild turkeys, quail and occasional bobcat from deck or your windows. This is a non-smoking room. No parties and a limit of five people are allowed in the room at any given time. There is a $10 pet fee.
