1BR in-law suite/apt near Princeton

cozy, sunny 1BR apartment with separate entrance (full kitchen, bath, W/D) located in Lawrenceville village, walking distance to local shops and eateries, across street from Lawrenceville Prep School, convenient to Princeton, NY, and Philly. Cozy one BR in-law suite in friendly, residential neighborhood. Suite is attached to main house, but has its own, separate entrance, full kitchen and bath, wi-fi, cable tv, washer/dryer, off-street parking, Central Air and ceiling fans. Sleeps 2 individuals or couple plus one child (fold-out chair in living room). Guests have everything they need in the apartment, which has a separate entrance, accessed through a breezeway (a covered and screened in area between the garage and the main house). There is also an off-street parking space designated for guests. Will probably see guests when I take dog out, or in passing going in and out, but otherwise, no interaction necessary -- it's whatever you're comfortable with. I'm very easy-going. Very friendly neighborhood with a village-y feel, nice houses with pretty flower gardens, nearby park for exercise; bagel shop, coffee shop, bakery, dry cleaner, restaurants in walking distance. One block from local bus route to Princeton, easy drive to NJ Transit station (Hamilton) with access to NY or Philly. Quiet and peaceful.
