The 60 sqm apartment for max. 4 persons is located separately on the upper floor of a newly built in 2014 residential / holiday home only 500 meters from the backwaters. The Baltic Sea beach is about 8 km away. The apartment was completely modernized in 2018. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function (extra bed for 2 pers.), Flat screen TV, hi-fi system), an open kitchen (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, div. Kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, flat-screen TV), a furnished balcony and shower / WC. For infants are a cot and a highchair ready. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. Outside, a swimming pool and a hot tub can be used for a fee. Parking in front of the house. The total price includes the final cleaning, bed linen, towels and water and energy consumption. In this object a maximum of one pet is allowed (20 EUR / stay on site). The pet must be registered with the booking. If an entry note is not possible, a late registration must be made. Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
