The house consists of two self-contained units with its own entrance, one on the ground floor, each with an indoor kitchen and living/dining room, plus an outdoor kitchen with grill for those who prefer to barbecue. Nearby takeout pizza places and outdoor restaurants, dining on the seaside. Terrace with a large dining table, stunning views and shady pergola for outdoor meals. A charming and truly magical place to stay in any season. During low season, we will consider renting part of the house to guests (either the three bedroom or the four bedroom unit). Please contact us for pricing. Location: A pleasant 25 minute drive will bring you to a stunning coastline with blue flag, sand beaches and shallow waters, ideal for families with children. Porto San Giorgio has plenty of restaurants, cafes, pizzerias and ice cream parlours. Within 5 minute drive from the house you can find at least three excellent restaurants serving local cuisine and a popular farm shop. All surrounding villages have food shopping, ATMs and post office. Along the coast you can find very large shopping centres, outlets with shoes and leather goods, and fine clothing boutiques. How to get here: The nearest airport is Ancona (1 hour 20 minutes by car), served by Ryanair and Lufthansa. Other airports are Rimini, Rome and Bologna/Forli, all a 2-3 hour drive. You can rent a car at Ancona Airport. The house consists of two self-contained units, one on the ground floor, and one on the upper two floors. The entire house, including both units, is rented to just one group at a time. There will be nobody else present on the property, only your group. Ground floor unit (3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms): The unit is spacious and equipped with fly screens on all the windows. Bedroom 1: Super King or two single beds, chest of drawers, chair, wardrobe, ensuite shower/wc Bedroom 2: King sized bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, ensuite shower/wc Bedroom 3: Double bed, chest of drawers, small wardrobe Large bathroom with bathtub, large sink and wc. We can provide a cot upon request. The spacious lounge with Welsh dresser and TV is separate from the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. You can find books and games in the lounge. You can take your meals here or outside on the porch. The separate laundry room has a washing machine for your exclusive use. Upper unit (4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms 1 wc): The upper unit is larger, on two floors, and is accessed by outside staircases. The first floor consists of an entrance hall leading to a large ensuite bedroom and cloakroom, and then a very spacious room containing the kitchen/dining area on one side and the living room space on the other. The kitchen area has a door leading to the large outside terrace with 360 views, and a stairwell down to the summer kitchen. Past the inside kitchen, on the way to the pantry, there is a further staircase to the second floor, where three bedrooms and two bathrooms can be found. One bathroom contains a tub/shower and toilet, while the other contains a shower cabin and toilet. The pantry contains a washing machine for your use. Bedroom 4 (first floor): Super King bed, walk-in dressing, large ensuite bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. Bedroom 5 (second floor): King bed, walk-in closet, chest of drawers, desk. Bedroom 6 (second floor): Double bed, chest of drawers, small wardrobe. Bedroom 7 (second floor): Double bed, chest of drawers, small wardrobe. Pool: The large pool 12x4 is 1.4 metres deep throughout and surrounded by the beautiful garden. Activities: Mountain biking Cycling along the coastal path (for example from Cupra Marittima to San Benedetto del Tronto), 14 km Windsurfing, yachting and sailing, canoeing at Lake Fiastra Riviera del Conero (45 minute drive), famous wild beaches, for example in Sirolo (due sorelle beach), hiking and horseriding Visit to sanctuary of Loreto Sightseeing in elegant Ascoli Piceno, ancient Fermo Opera and music festivals in the summer (Sferisterio opera festival in Macerata) This is only a small selection of activities you can pursue in the vicinity of our farmhouse. All these activities and destinations are at most 1,5 hr drive from the property. Your well-being: We hope that you will feel at home in our accommodation. Our friendly property manager Thomas will look after you during your stay, and he will welcome you at your arrival. He speaks English, German and Italian. The owner speaks these languages plus French and Spanish. The keys can be collected from the key safe for a contact-free visit.
