Maple Cottage (no cleaning fee!)

Maple Cottage is ideal for guests that want to experience the Black Hills area as "locals." Whether you're staying just for the night or for several days, you will find everything you need here. Two bedrooms on the main level share a bathroom, while the basement bedroom has a private three-quarter bath. A community fitness center located directly across the street features a swimming pool, two basketball courts, racquetball, walking track and weight room. You will feel genuinely at home in this charming Belle Fourche home. Maple Cottage is perfect for travelers who like a bit of privacy and elbow room at the end of a long day enjoying local attractions. A grocery store is just four blocks down the street, so go grab something to throw on the grill and enjoy a quiet evening in the backyard. A large park, complete with a picnic shelter, BB court, playground and sand volleyball pit is just across the street, and you're only a stone's throw from a community rec/fitness center (no excuses for missing your workout while you're in town!). The entire home and yard are yours! The 130-foot, pull-through driveway is handy for groups traveling in multiple vehicles or with trailers. Curbside parking is also available. I'm a click away, and would love to assist you any way I can. Otherwise, you will self check-in/out and our paths may never cross. If any unforeseen circumstances pose threat to your travel plans, I can offer personal recommendations to help absolve challenges such as vehicle malfunction or medical concerns. I also know a thing or two about where to get the best pizza, burger, micro-brew, pulled-pork sandwich, etc. ;-) Frankly, the neighborhood is what makes the house. The park across the street offers over an acre of space where guests can unwind. You’re within walking distance of a bike path, high school track, grocery store and a community fitness center. You should be aware that public transportation is not available in our small town. While pets are welcome at Maple Cottage, it's important to note that the yard is not fenced. Belle Fourche is located 10 miles north of Spearfish, 45 miles west of Rapid City and 10 miles from the Wyoming state line.
