Thanks to its location, in front of the Gulf of Squillace, the most beautiful coastal resorts with crystal clear sea and sandy beaches within a radius of 4 km are easily reachable. The house extends over 2 floors: ground floor with living/dining room with kitchen corner, toilet, small shaded terrace with automatic awning and equipped with table, chairs and barbecue where you can relax and enjoy pleasant outdoor meals; 1st floor with 2 bedrooms and bathroom. One of the bedrooms leads to a terrace with a magnificent panorama. During the summer, the territory offers a variety of events including festivals, cultural, musical and religious celebrations.
