This first floor, sunny open plan apartment has fantastic views of the ever changing estuary and Rabbit Island. Its picture window frames the changing moods of the mountain ranges. Step out to the beach to swim, fish or kayak. Eat out on the large balcony with BBQ area or sun yourself and listen to the lapping sea estuary. Amble next door to the cafes, restaurants and wharf activities. Jumping off the wharf as tide is going out is a great fun, local sport for all ages. Explore the many art galleries and vineyards in the region. Mapua Wharfside Apartments is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas of Golden Bay, Abel Tasman and Nelson, a lovely retreat to return to. Jump on the Ferry across to Rabbit Island, picnic on the golden sands. The adjacent cycle trail is suitable for all ages and abilities. Bike hire is available on the Wharf. We have a couple of kayaks and life jackets that can be used by guests on request. Be as active or restful as you desire.
