A semi detached cottage which sleeps six in three bedrooms with one of these bedrooms on the ground floor. A fully equipped holiday cottage with central heating and two bathrooms. We are half a mile away from the famous Pendine beach. Laugharne where the famous poet Dylan Thomas was born is four miles away. Tenby is approxiametely ten miles away. We are dog friendly to two well behaved dogs . A maximum parking of two cars is available directly in front of the cottage. A semi detached cottage set on a hill above the hugely popular seaside resort of Pendine with its iconic sands. Set over two floors, there are three comfortable bedrooms, one ground floor double with a family shower room and a first floor double with en suite bathroom and twin room. There is a well equipped kitchen with a dining area and comfortable seating in the lounge area. The cottage is in a small residential area just a 10/15 downhill walk to the beach. Guests are welcome to use our large enclosed private back garden where they can exercise their dogs. The patio area is ideal for relaxing on a lovely summer's day. We are on site and are more than willing to help with any queries. We have lived in the area all our lives and have a reasonable knowledge of the Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire area. We love living here because we live on the outskirts of the village where we have fields surrounding front and back. It is a very peaceful country setting but we are only 10/15 minute walk away from the beautiful beach of Pendine. There is a bus service 300 metres away which goes in the direction of Carmarthenshire or Pembrokeshire. Taxi service is available. Walking and cycling is very popular in this area. Pendine village consists of several small supermarkets and gift shops along with many different places to eat in or takeaway. There is a motor museum showing the history of the land speed records on our famous seven mile beach.
