With its industrial design, this completely new property is designed to enjoy the tranquility of the north west of the island. The space is large and comfortable, there are huge windows to take advantage of the natural light. There is a very large terrace and a private garden. It is a very special place, in the tranquility of the hill, 3 km from the small fishing village of "La Santa". The property has an independent entrance on the ground floor, a very large living room and a private bathroom; at first floor the double bedroom with a big window. The living room leads to the terrace and the private garden. Guests will enjoy privacy, tranquility, fantastic views and comfortable space. On the terrace there are sun beds, table and chairs to enjoy unforgettable sunsets or dine immersed in the nature of Lanzarote. There is free parking on the street just in front of the house at the complete disposal of our guests. In the fishing village of La Santa, 3 km away, there are restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Tinajo is a strategic place, very comfortable for everything; the airport is 20 minutes away by car, the Timanfaya National Park at 10 and the famous Famara beach a few kilometers away. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and comfortable. We are in the small town of "El Cuchillo", on the hill 3 minutes from La Santa and its incredible waves. At 3 km there are typical restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, medical center, and essential services. The airport is 20 minutes away, the Timanfaya National Park at 15 minutes and the famous Famara beach at 10 km. I suggest to rent a car.You have free parking in frot of the house. I suggets to rent a car; in Lanzarote there are many place you must visit. I can advise some very serious and cheap car rentals.
