Serpentine Rose - City center luxury

Stunning holiday house with views over town and Princess Royal Harbour. 2 mins walk from the city center and the Albany Visitors Center. Walk to restaurants and tourist attractions. We have 3 Queen rooms, 1 with a private ensuite. All rooms are tastefully appointed with lovely furnishings. We have a bunk room for the kids that sleeps 6 with their own adjoining lounge room. There are 3 lounge rooms and 3 balcony's on the property. The kitchen is fully equipped and all linen / towels provided The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for cooking and dining in at home. Bed linen and towels are also supplied. Guests have access to the whole house. It is a whole house booking only we do not charge for extra people. Their is a large back yard, plenty of parking for 4 or 5 cars and ample parking for a small boat, trailer or caravan as well. On the back patio there is an out door table setting and BBQ for guest use. The house is all yours, a lock box is provided to gain access. We give our guest their own space but are readily contactable via phone, text or the airbnb app. We are always trying to create the best experience so we are happy help guests in any way we can. We are passionate about Albany and want our guest to love the town as much as we do. Being in the Center of town you are able to walk everywhere, It is just a short stroll to York street - the main shopping street, to supermarkets, the visitors center where you can find all the information on local wineries, day trips and sightseeing. I like the neighbors so please keep the noise down at night :) Also as the windows overlook the neighbours please keep them closed if making a bit of noise :) This is not a party house, guests will be in breach of the rules if any excessive noise complaints from the neighbors or if the number of guests booked are exceeded. There is no smoking in the property If staying for a week we offer 10% off Please leave the house as you find it, all dishes cleaned and put away and rubbish in bins downstairs. Check out time is 10am. Cleaners will arrive at 10am as the house needs to be ready by 2pm for the next guests. It is a non smoking property
